FREE Standard Shipping in the USA. on all orders over $100. We only ship within the United States Of America . We can not ship to PO Boxes. 

Most game tables ship via freight. Freight delivery processes are far different than regular UPS/Fedx deliveries many customers are accustomed to. As a result, it is imperative you read all the details in the Shipping & Returns Policy. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping & Return Policies in their entirety. 

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver/fit in your home and any returns as a result of size will be your responsibility.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 4-5 business days from the date of your order if product is in stock at the time of your order and not a custom order. Your product will arrive 7-10 business days with no guarantees unless it is a custom order. Shipping charges will be applied at check out of your order. Your order will be shipped UPS, Fed Ex, or UPS or Freight carrier for large items. Our shipping is curbside delivery. It is the customer responsibility to make arrangements to get product inside the house and to assemble it. By ordering from Fireball Billiards And Games, you are acknowledging that the product is able to fit through the doorways of your home. If the product arrives and is to large to maneuver inside, any fees associated with returning it are your responsibility. 

* All heavy items are shipped via freight- delivery times are approximately 5-7 business days. 

Shipping lead times may be longer than usual during holiday/rush periods, supplier backlogs and COVID19 related issues. We will immediately inform you of any possible delays that we are aware of.

Order Tracking

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to your email address you provided when checking out. If you don't receive tracking information with 6 business of your order, please feel free to email us at orders@fireballbilliardsandgames.com

*Curbside Delivery (Unload Myself): the driver is not obligated to help you remove the item from the truck. Please make sure you have a delivery dock or a liftgate and friends to help you.

Does delivery include set up? Since the delivery method is curbside , it does not include any unpacking or setup. If you require professional setup, we recommend you find a local installer near you and negotiate their rate to save you money. We also partner with a nationwide network of professional installers that we could assist you with if needed. Some of our pool tables and other tables require professional installation to ensure proper playability.

If you note damages accordingly, we are able to quickly solve issues and send out replacement parts and provide our world class customer service! 

Shipping Receiving Instructions

All orders from Fireball Billiards And Games which require are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and Fireball Billiards And Games will not be responsible or damages or filing concealed damage.

Here's How To Properly Receive Your Poker And Game Tables

BOX COUNT
Inspect all boxes and make sure you have all the pieces from your order. Check the bill of lading from the delivery company to make sure you have all your boxes. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. Get it in writing!

CHECK FOR DAMAGE
Next, inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. If you receive a punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. If you do not note the damage on the bill of lading you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you released the shipping company of any liability on the shipment.
In case you didn't do that – if you sign the bill of lading you cannot claim damage afterward. Fireball Billiards And Games  is not responsible for shipping damage discovered after signing the bill of lading. Manufacturers defect is not the same as concealed damage.
In The Event That Something Is Damaged

Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the bill of lading and delivery paperwork. Send an email to support@fireballbilliardsandgames.come along with photos of the damage and we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out quickly.

DO NOT accept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.
